The restaurant will feature a wood fired pizza oven, homemade pasta and mozzarella. It will be casual dining. There will be nothing like this, not only in the village, but within a 15 mile radius. It will be moderately priced with great food and great customer service. There is a strong customer base but we will also attract customers from the surrounding areas because of our food and service. This restaurant will fill a void in this area.
