PadTies simplifies off campus housing by working directly with landlords to provide better information and transparency for students in their first independent real estate transaction ‐ moving out of dorms and into landlord managed properties. Our core functions are housing discovery, rent payments (one time and recurring) and damage management in order to best serve the Millennial consumer.
