Dennis O'Carroll has more than 20 years of experience at the nation's most respected banking, finance and accounting firms and is a specialist in invoice factoring. Prior to launching his own factoring company, Juno Financial, Dennis spent 12 years working at JP Morgan Chase in a variety of accounting and compliance roles. Dennis has a passion for helping small and medium businesses get the financing they need.

Jennie Hoff is a seasoned financial, software development & operational management executive. Her career includes roles in a large public firms, mid-size organizations, and three tech startups including a SaaS play that exited to NetSuite. Before joining P2Bi, Hoff served as an officer at American Innovations, Troux Technologies & Rivet Software. She executed 3 successful turnarounds & served as a tech strategy consultant to Fortune500 companies.

Erin Bassity has 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and web development. Before joining P2Bi, she provided full-stack marketing & website development services to small businesses, nonprofits & government agencies. Her prior experience includes fundraising, marketing, sales & communications in the non-profit and public sectors including at a regional cultural policy organization with a $2 million technology-development arm.

Krista Morgan is cofounder and CEO of P2Binvestor. Before starting a financial technology company, she worked in digital marketing and managed accounts for major brands such as Coca-Cola and Barclays at some of London's top digital agencies. Morgan hails from Montreal and earned a degree in economics from McGill University.

Jeff brings extensive experience in writing production software for small to medium-size startups as a senior developer, building and leading development teams through all stages of the software lifecycle, and delivering product. Before joining P2Binvestor, he worked for Pivotal Labs where he wrote software and ran teams. Jeff also taught a full-stack development course for gSchool in Denver. He continues to teach and mentor new developers.

Brian leads the team responsible for data and analytics. Prior to joining P2Binvestor, Brian spent four years in early-stage digital technology startups in both executive and operating roles. In these roles, Brian built teams, raised capital, and launched products across industries, including a B2B marketing SaaS service and an online travel marketplace. Previously, Brian worked as an M&A investment banker, conducting middle-market transactions.
