Mr. Walker earned his Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, his Master’s degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program and participated in Harvard Business School Executive Education programs. He’s done product development, programming and interface design for companies such as GTE, Starwave, Pacific Interactive and Microsoft Corporation. He has founded and secured funding for several technology and entertainment-based startups.

Mr. Walker has 40 years of business experience. Starting with a BS Degree from Central Michigan University he founded several oil and gas exploration ventures with activities throughout the U.S. as well as several technology startups involving fiber optic networking and software contract negotiations. He also founded The Kingsley Club, one of the top 20 rated golf clubs in America and a Trustee of the nationally recognized First Tee Organization.

Mr. Simpson’s experience spans twenty-four years as a CFO for various businesses, including Career Education Corporation, Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. and Gogo Inc. He also worked at The Signature Group, Delphi Information Systems Inc. and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Recently he was CFO of ShopperTrak, where he was instrumental in completing their sale to Tyco. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University.
