Phil worked as Sanford's as Head of Technology at MusicQubed and other engagements before joining with him at OWLR.

Richard is a PLC Finance Director, up to FTSE 250, expert in problem resolution, change management, developing meaningful MIS, enabling commercial strategies, negotiation and implementation of turnarounds and rapid growth, in Technology, Telecoms and Infrastructure. Richard has been working with Sanford for almost 15 years at Interoute, PeerIndex and OWLR.

Chris has worked as the Lead mobile engineer in his past roles being predominantly involved in driving technology forward and maintaining high standards of quality. Working in past startups he has a clear understanding of the fine balance between delivery vs quality and has successfully established mobile apps with millions of users. OWLR provides the complex challenge to keep him heavily engaged.

Dave is an experienced mobile developer with over 5 years of full lifecycle iOS experience and a further 5 years developing a variety of Java software, from real-time messaging systems to web-based applications with strong interpersonal skills . Dave has performed in a globally distributed development environment, small teams and as a sole developer, is motivated to meet individual deadlines, and prefers to work in an agile environment.
