The Company operates a chain of delivery restaurants providing North Indian and Chinese late at night in Bengaluru
The restaurant opened both their outlets in January,2015
The company envisages to open more outlets in Bengaluru and other cities
It is also planning to develop an app for convenience ordering
Operational Strategy:
Existence of a Centralized Kitchen to maintain standardization in quality
Increase partnerships with restaurant aggregators for more orders
Develop IT Infrastructure to reduce delivery time to 30 minutes and enable live tracking of delivery to customers
Increase spending in promotional and marketing activities in digital and print media
Expansion Plans:
Open 7 more outlets in Bengaluru by FY16
Expand to Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad by April,FY19 and open in total 36 outlets
Increase the scope of offerings in Fast Food Segment and cater to a larger audience
