Marvin Cole is the Managing Director of Ovamba. As the founder of Praxis Asset Management, an emerging markets private equity firm – Mr. Cole brings best practice due diligence and deal structuring to the Ovamba platform. Prior to starting Ovamba – Mr. Cole served as a strategy consultant with McKinsey and Co.’s Johannesburg Office. Mr Cole has advised Pan African banks on underwriting systems, and has previously been a Deloitte PE advisor

Ms. Llewellyn has over 15 years of experience in project management and consulting from the technology and government sectors. She has worked on global public projects for companies such as Unisys Corporation, IBM, Wang, BearingPoint and Rothschild. She was instrumental in building a $50MM hedge fund where she led investor communications, industry association PACs and asset management divisions.
