Company Summary

Outswitch offers two products. A channel manager that allows you to advertise your properties on all important channels (AirBnb, Booking.com...) from one platform with all availabilities, pricing synced automatically. We also have a smart pricing system that adapts pricing to seasons, occupancy, competitors... We integrate with existing property management software to gain access to large client base fast and we charge a commission on bookings.

    I have worked in Finance for 4 years. I have then launched a distressed real estate fund in Florida. I have invested in several small start ups like LeCab in Paris, 31Dover and Jools drinks in London.

    Founder

    I was a trader at Morgan Stanley for many years. I left to start a short term rental business called FG Property which has grown into a large company processing $3m of bookings a year. I have founded Outswitch with Ziad as thanks to our deep knowledge of the industry acquired through FG Property, we have a identified a large gap in the software space of this industry.
