    Johannes leads the cartography department and department of conceptual planning of hiking and bike trails. With his experiences and expertise in cartography he is a sought after specialist in the field. Johannes and his team are responsible for planning and generating our cutting edge print and digital maps, as well as GeoData management and our routing networks for outdoor activities.

    Thilo leads the editorial department and is a veteran with more than 20 years of journalism experience. His diligent work ethic made him head editor one year after his apprenticeship at a local newspaper. Since then he has published over 60 travel and hiking guides, among others the ADAC guide book series.

  • Pirmin is an avid web worker with a broad background in computer systems engineering and commerce. With more than 10 years of industry experience in web software development, he leads our engineering team. He is an advocate for platform thinking and API-driven application development.

    Head of Mobile

    Kilian received his diploma in geography from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He has been the “mobile guy” since we entered the mobile market. He has extensive experience and outstanding knowledge in the mobile sector. The demands and challenges, especially in the outdoor and tourism sector, have made his team one of the biggest app publishers in Europe. He has disposed of his desktop computer long ago and only works “mobile”.

    Head of Sales

    Albert leads the sales department. He knows the German and European tourism market inside and out and has an extensive network of contacts. He coordinates several European projects and manages our key account clients in Germany and Switzerland.

    Head of Research & Development

    Martin has a strong background in tourism and geo technology. As an expert for earth viewer platforms and Location Based Services (LBS), he is a regular speaker at geo and tourism technology events. Before joining us as head of Research & Development, he was a winner of the SPARK 10K Entrepreneurial Challenge and a finalist in Auckland University's SPARK 50K Entrepreneurial Challenge.

    Controller

    Stefan is responsible for budget and forecast planning. He earned a degree from Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich. He also coordinates management accounting and sales controlling.
