Our Street will use equity crowdfunding to purchase multifamily homes in emerging communities. Our Street will invest 40% while raising the remaining 60% through crowdfunding. People will make small investments in shares of multi-family homes. Then, experienced professionals will retrofit and renovate the property before we rent the home out at an affordable rate. We will collect the rental income and distribute it back to initial investors.
