IN-HOUSE-TEAM pays around $.50 to driver per mile that's $ 1,500 a week (good drivers), market coniditons prevailing.
IN-HOUSE-TEAM works with upwards of 20 trucks. 7 days a week.
Company will see $7,500 per solo-driver/ week, before expenses.
20 trucks x $7,500 = $150.000/ week, before expenses.
50 weeks/ year is $7,500.000 before expenses.

Operating cost for the team (payroll alone): $700,000 annually.
Trucks, trailers payments + upkeep: $960,000.00
Cost of fuel, tolls, licensing $1,500,000.00.
Rent, electicity, tools, compressors, shop: 63,000.00
Driver payroll: $1,300,000.00

Gross profit/ annual basis is just above $4,360,000.00.
