John is a serial Entrepreneur and has more than 20 years experience starting, building and running organizations. Prior to co-founding OT Solved, John ran his own consulting business helping several start-ups with their Sales & Marketing strategies. John also served as CEO of Kenosia Corporation; a company he helped start in 1998 and ultimately sold in 2005. John stayed on as CEO until 2008. John has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bryant University

Eric has over 15 years experience working in the labor and employment arena, focusing on law enforcement and public safety collective bargaining. Eric is well-versed in the demands that public safety agencies and their workers face in filling assignments in a 24/7 operation.

Eric has an undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and a law degree from University of Connecticut School of Law
