    Jay has a master's degree in engineering and has solved many problems for the Air Forces' largest cargo airplanes saving the government tens of millions of dollars. He will take the company's manufacturing from laboratory to plant production. Operations will be profitable in 16 months after start up. Mix at the pump gas stations which are located in the south eastern United States will be a large part of the initial income stream bulk sales.

    Cheif Engineer

    Dr Bagley invented the catalytic converter. His expertise in catalytic chemistry makes him an ideal candidate to improve catalytic gasoline products. Besides enhancing automotive products he will develop catalytic chemicals for trucks and airplanes. Dr Bagley will join the company in the second round of funding.

    Jay Ostler has already successfully introduced over 25 new products to the marketplace. He can do it again. When Ostler worked for Nalco Chemical, he developed a product which was so popular that the company lent its name to it, calling it Nalcosil. As Marketing Manager, Ostler guided this product through laboratory and field tests. After Ostler promoted it, Nalcosil was so sought after that the suppliers could not keep up with the demand.
