He is the Director of the Golden LEAF Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center (BTEC) at NCSU, as well as the Frank Hawkins Kenan Distinguished Professor and the Director of the William R. Kenan, Jr. Institute for Engineering, Technology and Science.

    Mr. Colletti is the Principal of PhoenixGroup, an international consulting firm serving international governments, private sector businesses, and investors; among current projects, he serves as technical operations advisor to senior international government officials. Mr. Colletti has been directly responsible for the development, design and delivery of over $6 billion in medical, research and biotechnology facilities worldwide.

    Mr. Coblentz brings expertise in communications, diplomacy, and applied science and engineering. As an executive at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he gained recognition for innovative entrepreneurship and IP commercialization ventures. He came to RPI from the International Atomic Energy Agency, where he engaged in nuclear diplomacy in Iraq, Iran, and other settings and worked to set up tech transfer enterprises in developing countries.
