Company Summary

Origent utilizes machine learning and AI to optimize human clinical trials. Our patient-level predictive analytics platform is designed to identify failed drug programs that can be rescued. Initial targets are neurodegenerative and neuromuscular diseases (ALS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Alzheimer’s, etc.). These drug assets can then be in-licensed from the original drug sponsor, or redeveloped in partnership with those sponsors.

    Fabian has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Operations and Strategy. As President of Right Start Inc., he oversees the consulting, private equity, and accelerator verticals of the business.

    Prior to founding Right Start, Fabian served as Project Manager at the Corporate Executive Board and as an Associate in Booz Allen Hamilton. Fabian holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS from Yale University.

    Dave is a biomedical scientist and a business leader with broad experience in drug development, molecular biology, immunology, oncology, gene therapy, data analytics, & research mgmt.

    Dave is formerly a Scientific Expert & Program Team Head for Novartis and Genetic Therapy, Inc., and a Principal at DLE Consulting.

    Dave holds a BA from the U. of Rochester, an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and a Doctorate from Ohio State U.

    Mike Keymer is an engineer and business leader with broad experience helping small companies grow and thrive.

    Mike is formerly the Vice President of Operations for Gannon Technologies Group, and Litigation Systems Inc., which he led through a turnaround to profitability.

    Mike holds engineering degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
