HE is connected with the government handling banking and audit while being a professor in several Universities in Manila teaching accounting, banking & finance, total quality management, and economics. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Toasmaster's Club, Philippines.

    A Certified Talent, Competency & Succession Management consultant from the Pennsylvania State University. He is also a Workplace Learning & Performance Professional, Corporate Educator, Certified Coach and Mentor by ITD, and Organizational Formator. With almost 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, consultancy and the academe, he is currently taking up his Master's in Education in the Ateneo Graduate Studies.
