BS at St Cloud State, MBA Finance at St Thomas. Served as President of a 2 facility WTE company with $85mm revenue and 170 employees, 4 transfer stations and 6 composting sites.

24 year veteran with several MSW disposal companies with transfer stations, landfill and recycling functions. Paul will be responsible for establishing and managing the sales of OWR's recycled commodities. Paul will advise on other industry related issues.

Has earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with Machine Design Option and a Master of Science/Engineering Administration from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has over 30 years of proven experience in the recycling industry and has managed and participated in the design and installation of more than 225 recycling facilities. Floyd was the lead manager/ designer of the 85 largest, most complicated facilities that used sensors.
