OWR uses proven automation to recycle 71% of the MSW and generates 19mWh of Carbon Neutral electricity. Almost all landfill greenhouse gases are eliminated and landfill's entombed water is released. Landfills, waste-to-energy, composting,and hand recycling are replaced. OWR typically saves served communities about $10mm/ year while generating EBITDAs that are at least 4 times greater than debt. Floyd was the lead manager/ designer of the 85 largest, most complicated facilities that used sensors.
