He was COO of Siebe Controls and was one of the driving forces behind the merger. Ron Blendu leads an experienced design and implementation team. Ron Blendu has designed, built and operated 21 new organic waste-to-energy facilities.

Kim has served as President, COO, CFO and as manager of Public Accounting for Publicly Traded & Privately Held Companies in Manufacturing (discrete & process), Distribution, Services and Mortgage Banking businesses. Of particular interest to OWR is his time as President of a Waste-to-Energy company with $85 million in revenues and 170 employees.

    He was an executive for 24 years with several MSW Disposal companies with transfer stations, landfill and recycling functions and has since been involved with the design of an award winning, curbside recycling plan for Pierce County, Washington. Paul designed transfer stations, recycling facilities, managed 250 employees in 7 profit centers and managed a very large exporter of recycled materials.
