    He has broad experience in the design and manufacture of equipment and in the related processes. Mike was an Executive VP of a $17 billion sales British manufacturing company with 420 international plants.

    He was most recently COO of Invensys with annual revenues of $17 billion and over 90,000 employees focusing in the automation and controls industry. He was COO of Siebe Controls and was one of the driving forces behind the merger. Following the merger he led a smooth effective cultural transition while building a strong cohesive management team enabling Invensys to exceed all performance expectations.

    Dir. of Power Systems & Construction Super.

    Ron Blendu of Anchor Engineering is the engineer responsible for the detailed design of the OWR Power Module and for the overall integration of the entire facility. Ron Blendu leads an experienced design and implementation team. Ron Blendu has designed, built and operated 21 new organic waste-to-energy facilities.

    Has earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering with Machine Design Option and a Master of Science/Engineering Administration from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has over 30 years of proven experience in the design, construction, and operation of fossil fired power generation systems and waste handling and processing systems.

  • Kim Erickson
    Director of Operations

    He has earned a BS in Accounting, St. Cloud State University, CPA and MBA- Finance, St. Thomas. Kim has served as President, COO, CFO and as manager of Public Accounting for Publicly Traded & Privately Held Companies in Manufacturing (discrete & process), Distribution, Services and Mortgage Banking businesses. Of particular interest to OWR is his time as President of a Waste-to-Energy company with $85 million in revenues and 170 employees.

  • Paul Henderson
    Director of Recycled Material Sales

    He was an executive for 24 years with several MSW Disposal companies with transfer stations, landfill and recycling functions and has since been involved with the design of an award winning, curbside recycling plan for Pierce County, Washington. Paul designed transfer stations, recycling facilities, managed 250 employees in 7 profit centers and managed a very large exporter of recycled materials.
