As proposition AB266 passed in California, collectives will be required by 2017 to purchase from licensed manufacturers and farms. We seek to utilize God's creation to facilitate services to veterans and provide them jobs through our recycling center while providing them onsite counseling and on going support. A recycling center has unlimited possibilities.
