Kit came to Orderly from McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategic and operational improvements within Healthcare. Kit is a board-certified pediatrician, who served on active duty in the US Air Force. He was a faculty member at Walter Reed Hospital, and volunteered to deploy to both Iraq and Afghanistan where he ran Pediatric ICUs for host-national children. He is a distinguished graduate from the US Air Force Academy.

Louis was product strategy senior manager for CVS Health’s PBM division, and most recently served as Head of Product for Apostrophe Health, acquired in 2021 by Centivo. Louis has also consulted across a number of seed stage healthtech startups, helping to scale their product organization to make the largest impact possible. Louis has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

Aaron oversees technical strategy, architecture, and engineering, focusing on expanding the application of artificial intelligence within our platform. Aaron was formerly the Principal Data Scientist at SendGrid-Twilio, where he has led data science strategy at Sendgrid (purchased in 2018 by Twilio) for the past 6 years. Aaron has a BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University and a PhD in Computer Science from University of Colorado.
