ORA Scents is introducing the ORA, the app-controlled scent diffuser that enables users to create, control, and share personalized scents in real-time. Every diffuser comes with vials of essential oils, of which users can choose 3 to insert into the ORA. Using our mobile application, which communicates with the ORA via Wi-FI, users can mix essential oils in varying combinations to create new fragrances. Users can share their “scent recipes” on our app’s social platform where they can explore and collaborate with other users. ORA Scents follows a razor-razor blade revenue model. The first stream of revenue is comprised of the sales of the ORA, which retails at $150. The second is made up of recurring sales of vials of essential oils, which retail at $20-$40 depending on the type of oil. These vials will be made available for purchase though ORA’s in-app marketplace which features our entire catalogue of essential oils and recommended recipes.
