Dr. David Rimm, is a Professor in the Department of Pathology at the Yale University School of Medicine. He completed an MD-PhD at Johns Hopkins University Medical School. He is an author of over 275 peer-reviewed papers and 8 patents and was the scientific co-founder of HistoRx, a digital pathology company (sold to Genoptix in 2012) and Metamark Genetics, a prognostic determinant company.

Gauri is a Biotechnologist with extensive commercial research and entrepreneurial background. Before founding Optra, She was the founder director of BioImagene Inc., a silicon valley based Digital pathology company. She has 11 US patents published to her credit. She also has published many research papers in International Journals and has participated as speaker in many international conferences.

Prasad is a qualified CPA, CS and CWA, with more than 20 years experience in the IT and Industrial space. His key areas of focus have been Operational Review and Analysis, Financial Management (Accounts / Audit / Taxation), Legal (STPI, FEMA, etc.), He has initiated and successfully implemented the Accounting of Subsidiary Companies on a US-based GAAP (US and India) compliant Package for Seamless Consolidation.
