Completed a 25 year sales and marketing career with ADP Dealer Services, an international provider of vertical market software, as Director of National Account Sales and recognition for achieving the highest annual sales products in company history. Subsequently invested in small business franchising with Massage Envy, one of the most successful franchise brands in the past decade. Developed and operated five locations over seven years.

Mr. Langhout has 30 years’ experience operating companies, and has assembled and managed top tier interdisciplinary management teams in health and medical sectors. He was co-founder and CEO of Silere Medical Technology, Inc., and was co- founder and President of Audient. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington School of Business and BA from the University of Puget Sound.

President of WOM10, a Business Strategy Consulting firm integrating Social Media, Strategy, and the Customer Experience to build brand, awareness, and sales. He is an accomplished speaker and co-author of two books. He began in sales with IBM, has an MBA in Marketing & Finance, spent 8 years at Arthur Andersen building a national sales organization and consulting practice, was a Partner at Grant Thornton, and led team at Sprint serving Microsoft.
