The company is the largest optometric practise in the southwest. The owner has passed away and the widow will sell to remaining four doctors. I need $125,0000 dollars for down payment. We do eye exams and prescribe glasses and contacts cheaper than the competition. The practise is still growing after seventy-five years. I have been there for twenty-three years and would like to preserve the jobs of the other 50 employees.
