His areas of expertise include strategy development and turnaround management oversight to technology based manufacturing companies. As an owner and entrepreneur, Mr. Brill has invested in and/or owned over thirty private companies, two of which were successfully taken public achieving revenue in excess of $200M and $1.2 B.

Mr. Baird has over 15 years experience in entrepreneurial settings in the IT and financial industry. Mr. Baird served as Account Director for a strategic supplier to McDonald’s US IT operation. In addition, Mr. Baird has served as a senior financial analyst for BVI Capital Partners, Inc., Penn Hudson Financial Group and MidMarket Capital Advisors.

Mr. Gordon has over 30 years experience and proven success as a senior level executive in the apparel industry as Vice President, West Grove Knitting Mills and Vice President and Director of Operations for Lord West Formal Wear.
Mr. Gordon is adept at developing relationships w/ large vendors/distribution channels and expert in building/ transforming teams and organizations by driving continuous improvement in people, processes and practices.

Mr. Fritts served a 36 year career with the US Government – the last 23 years with the CIA designing and deploying secure information technology and telecommunications systems in support of this nation’s most acute intelligence priorities. On behalf of this nation’s senior leadership, Mr. Fritts cultivated successful partnerships with cooperating allied intelligence organizations to gain access to the most daunting targets of mutual interest.
