Mr. Brill has over 30 years of experience in strategy development and turnaround management oversight to technology based manufacturing companies. An entrepreneur, Mr. Brill has invested in and/or owned over thirty other private companies, two of which were successfully taken public; he has sold these companies at multiples of 6X and greater. Mr. Brill earned an MBA from the Univ. of Pennsylvania, and a BS from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Baird has over 15 years experience in entrepreneurial settings in the IT and financial industry.  Mr. Baird served as Account Director for a strategic supplier to McDonald’s US IT operation. In addition, he has served as a senior financial analyst Penn Hudson Financial Group and MidMarket Capital Advisors. Mr. Baird has a BA from Lawrence University; he has an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester.

George Gordon has over 30 years experience and proven success as a senior level executive as Vice President, West Grove Knitting Mills and Vice President and Director of Operations for Lord West Formal Wear. Mr. Gordon is adept at developing relationships with distribution channels and is expert in building teams and organizations by driving continuous improvement. Mr. Gordon earned a BA in Philosophy and Religion from Norwich University.
