Toby started his career in FMCG sales and marketing with Pepsi and Mars before assuming a European Category Development role at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Toby has consulted for multinational firms and retailers since 2001. He builds high-value commercial relationships with the leaders of many of the world’s largest consumer goods companies. In 2005 he co-founded engage Ltd. He is currently engage’s President of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Barrie is a CIMA qualified finance professional with global, high tech and e-commerce experience. He is now Senior Finance & HR Director, Asia for inVENTIV HEALTH, a leading global clinical research outsourcing and drug commercialization firm. Prior to this Barrie was Head of Commercial & Business Director – APAC at Asiarooms.com and was Finance Leader of a $60MM revenue global portfolio of high-tech, fast growth businesses with Owens Corning.

Having begun his career in brand management and international marketing, Mike was appointed Marketing Director for China by United Biscuits in 1997. Since then Mike has held marketing and commercial leadership roles in China and the Asia Pacific region. He has been CEO of engage Ltd. since 2005.

Simonetta began her career in development, working for several international charities as well as the United Nations. Building on her post-graduate degree from LSE she pursued her academic interests, becoming a Visiting Professor at Mahidol University, Thailand. She subsequently studied for her PhD at Monash University, Australia. In recent years she has moved into the private sector focusing on Partnership Management and Content Creation.
