Hiring broke when every applicant got an AI assistant. WorkProbe turns a job description into a 45-minute work simulation: candidates do real work with documents, AI tools and simulated colleagues. We observe what they actually do and return a ranked shortlist across four skill areas. Results are ordinal levels backed by evidence, never numeric scores, so a human decides. No integration needed. Patent pending.
