He has been CEO and COO of publicly traded early stage startup companies; iTech Medical, Electromed Imaging and Advanced Research Technologies. Prior to this he served as the Global Marketing Manager, Diagnostic Cardiology BU at Hewlett Packard.

Dr. Zeluff serves as Chief Medical Officer of the Company and assists in the Company’s product development and design. He currently is in the private practice of gynecology. Dr. Zeluff was Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1981 and was Certified by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy in 1996.

Mr. Ray founded and operates Ray-Med Associate, Inc., which designs, develops, manufactures and distributes specialized medical instruments and implants. Prior to founding Ray-Med Associates, he was an independent orthopedic implant device sales representative from 1977 to 1987. Prior to 1977, he was a physician’s assistant specializing in surgery. Mr. Ray has served as a medical consultant for companies such as Bremer Medical, AcroMed and Med

Mr. Porter has been involved in the Healthcare Industry since 1981. Currently as President of Cansul Inc. a consulting company serving the medical device industry. Prior to the formation of Cansul Inc., John was Senior Director of Business Development at Isotechnika Pharma from 2005 to 2010 and was responsible for licensing, collaborations and development of Isotechnika’s product pipeline.

Mr. Dominguez has 24 years experience in product design, manufacturing and operations, 20 of those years within the medical device industry. He has developed and patented numerous implantable devices and instrument systems for such companies as Smith & Nephew, Medtronic, Scient’x USA.
