Dr. McAllister earned his medical degree from the University of Washington and after his residency and fellowship returned to the Northwest and started his practice in Kirkland. He has substantial experience in the orthopedic implant industry and is a recognized designer of instruments and implants. He has a proven track record in combining hands-on teaching methods, surgeon education, and instrument design.

Mr. Stepanian has a BS in Biology from PLU. He graduated in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University. He is a knowledgeable and extensively published Physician Assistant with a proven track record in patient care. He has co-authored a number of papers, done lectures, and is a respected educator. He has an extensive, hands-on experience in hip and knee replacement surgery and a vast background in cadaver-based surgeon education.

Mr. Kuiper holds degrees in mechanical and manufacturing engineering. His background provides him with extensive experience in design, quality, manufacturing, and management. He is a proven innovator, entrepreneur, and leader. He has overseen a variety of orthopedic projects from idea to application in the areas of arthroscopy, foot and ankle, spine surgery, joint replacement, and minimally invasive procedures.
