OpenBook: Warby Parker for bras. We're building a vertically integrated online brand with a new approach to sizing, distribution and design. We strongly believe there is a blue sky for a brand that not only designs superior product, but that truly resonates with the consumer and is authentic, with regard to fit-education and messaging. Our customers are mid-20s and older, seeking a well-fitting bra and a delightful shopping experience.

    Alicia's love of storytelling and mastery of French have defined her career: while interpreting for President Sarkozy’s Presidential Security Group during a visit to the White House visit in 2007, she crossed paths with the French entrepreneur Loic Le Meur, who invited her to join Seesmic, a video-conversation start-up in San Francisco. The online following she developed at Seesmic led her to the KANE Show (ClearChannel Top40 Radio) and Ford Moto

    Amalia was born in San Francisco and raised just north of the Golden Gate Bridge. As a high school senior, she was nominated Student of the Week in Marin County’s newspaper. Her academic counselor used one word to describe her: persistent. That persistence allowed her to fully pay her own way through undergrad and grad school, working part-time through high school at Autodesk and LEGO Mindstorms, and later landing jobs in Paris and Bamako (Mali).

    Johann joined Loic Le Meur to create Seesmic in June 2007. For four years Johann served as CTO, building and managing a remote team of 30+ developers from Bucharest to Singapore. His team developed products on a plethora of platforms : BB, iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7, Web, Desktop (AIR+Silverlight). Born as an innovative video conversation platform, Seesmic pivoted to become one of the biggest social media management suites before being acquire
