    Dan Morrow, the CEO and Founder is a 25+ year veteran of the Test and Measurement community. Since founding Op-Test in 2000, he has provided visionary leadership in forwarding the state of the art in HBLED test systems through a series of product innovations, membership on international standards committees, and numerous presentations at national and international trade shows.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Dummer joined Op-Test in 2002, as CTO he is responsible for the development of several key algorithms used in Op-Test’s C-Parameter technology and noise-reduction techniques, and is an integral part in Op-Test’s core IP Development. Furthermore, he has spent 10 years developing the hardware and software of over 50 custom test systems, bringing them through the entire design. Dummer holds both a Master and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
