Company Summary

We provide ambulance billing and dispatching software to the EMS and medical transport market. We have 75 customers today, half of whom converted from other vendors. The two major vendors combine for over 3600 customers and the market also includes a number of smaller vendors. We have approximately $500K in renewable yearly maintenance. Our new license sales in 2012 will exceed $500K and the total revenue is in the $1M+ range.

His background includes extensive development in C# .Net from Microsoft and the ability to build systems that are extremely scalable.
