It will assist users in maximizing their shooting accuracy, and improve their skill level on the court. Onyxx Band will allow users to interact amongst one another by using social networks (Facebook, Twitter) to upload their results and highlights. Using this product will allow basketball players the means to reach the next level, by indicating their weaknesses so that they know what to improve on in order to make them a better basketball player.

Onyxx Band intends on partnering up with the YMCA and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America with the mission of attracting youth to these healthy environments, where they can be physically active, build lasting friendships with other kids, and learn to love a sport

■Financial Considerations
Initially, the wristband and shot sensor will only be sold together, for a wholesale price of $149.99. This price will be available to our customers on our website and directly from our company. Retailers are expected to provide our product to customers at an estimated 50% mark-up, to ensure profit for their stores.
We will have an initial cost of $600,000 and will break even once 5,000 units are sold. Onyxx Band’s projected income is an expected revenue of
