Jeff Beale (Internet and Marketing Director) will serve as the Internet and Marketing Director. He will be responsible for responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive online strategy, including internal and external promotion, content creation, design development and implementation, and on-line partnership building. Reporting to the Executive Director and serving as an integral member of the senior management team Felicia will be responsible for the development of financial management strategy and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. In addition to the strategic components she will be charged with developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures both in the finance and general operational realms.

Dorrethea Hollman (Director of Development) will serve as chief technology officer and lead Web Designer. She will be directly supervising all Web development (employee and subcontracting projects), and will also be responsible for any necessary training in the same department.

Kevin Middleton (Executive Director) will serve as chief operations officer and sales manager. He will supervise all salesmen and all sales promotions and projects. Kevin will also be holding the office of the treasurer and therefore will be responsible for all financial related matters.

Nadine reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing administrative support to staff and assuming bookkeeping, reservation, and reception. These duties include but are not limited to: database system maintenance and training, office supply purchasing, typing, filing, reception and telephone duties.
