Company Summary
Using mobile tech OTF connects the creative and business activity that takes place in all salons, in real time. The iPhone app is a cloud based portfolio building tool for artists and businesses, allowing them to document, refernece and tag their work. For the public, the app is home for browsing pictures of their own looks, taken by their stylist, tagged with information. The OTF app gives all users access to search the OTF network of content.

Karmen Lee ButtlerFounder/CEO
Karmen has been a professional hairstylist since 2000, and has worked in a variety of salons across the country. After years of observing inefficient systems within the beauty industry that continue to fail artists and clients alike, she founded ONthefloor in 2011, with the goal of bettering hairstylists artistically and financially, and connecting potential clients to artists through technology. She loves hair and aims to change the industry.

The Ministry of Apps is based in Portland Oregon, and has been developing mobile solutions since 2009. Co-Owners Dan Lipert and Laura Andrews are technically savy with a keen design eye and aesthetic.

Todd Howard has over 20 years of web design and development. He has authored several books including "Who's Afraid of HTML?" and "GarageBand '09 Power", and currently works for lynda.com as a course producer. He is passionate about technology and art, and above all, the intersection between these two worlds.
