Connor Paddon co-founded OnSched with John Paddon in 2012 and the pair built the business from the ground up.

Before founding OnSched, Connor was CEO and Co-Founder of Searchboost Digital, a creative inbound marketing agency. SearchBoost, Connor’s previous venture was acquired in 2015.

John Paddon co-founded SRG Software in 1995, a Toronto-based software consulting firm servicing Canada’s largest financial institutions. SRG Software was acquired by Financial Models Corp in 1999 for $10M.

After SRG, John served as VP Technology of Certapay, which was acquired by Interac in 2005. This service is now known as the Interac Email Transfer service, and has become the standard for peer to peer payments in Canada.

Before joining OnSched, Joshua worked at a nationally recognized corporate and securities law firm in Toronto, Ontario where he advised private and public companies on financing and corporate matters.

Prior to joining OnSched, Joshua was the company’s external counsel.

More than 12 years experience at Google building products and managing digital specialist teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to support Google’s largest advertising accounts.
