In 2000, Julanne embarked on a consulting career focused on developing organisations and people. Her first start-up was established in 2003 and named in the BRW’s top 100 start-ups in 2005. She has an intimate knowledge of the challenges of cross border gifting, and is committed to creating a seamless solution.

John started his media career with iMedia International, creating interactive marketing campaigns for American Express, The Wynn Hotel, Cirque du Soleil, NBCUniversal, Fox Television, FX Television, The WB Network, Showtime and Federal Express. He co-founded Mobile Media Now, developing wireless platforms for the AMU Go Comics App and Microsoft – Nokia -The Motley Fool & Zumobi. In 2014 he founded fooMobi and the 6D social message App.

Henry currently holds Directorships with companies including Suncorp Portfolio Services Limited, CBHS Corporate Health Pty Limited, Millinium Capital Managers Limited. He was previously Managing Director, CEO, COO and CFO with top tier global financial institutions including JP Morgan, BlackRock Investment Management Australia, BP Paribas Asset Management Australia, and AMP Capital Investments Limited

Kathryn has a strong background in technology, sales and early stage start-up companies. She has more than two decades of experience designing, building and running large internet-based businesses. Prior to becoming a professional NED, Kathryn was Executive Senior Director of Xbox Games Marketplace as well as Microsoft Store online where she managed the profit and loss and global expansion in over 200 geographies.

Gordon is internationally experienced and commercially focused, having held senior finance roles in South Africa, New Zealand, Thailand and Australia He was the CFO of technology focused online travel company Wotif.com, which had offices in 12 countries and operated across 70 countries. He has demonstrated a rich mix of financial management, strategic leadership and key stakeholder engagement.
