The fantasy sports arena is a unique and growing business. Starting in 1988 with an estimated 500,000 players, the industry has grown to an average of 57 million players a year. Even with steady industry growth, capital gains have created a “business as usual” approach in business models. To continue upward growth, business models and user experience must change to sustain customer interest. The industry needs a makeover.
