The money from INFONAVIT does not come as a loan but rather as cash that is managed by Onis Vida. Onis Vida also has a pre approved network of contractors that provide customers with a bond so that the project, the materiales and the quality are guaranteed even if the contractor is replaced at any stage at no additional cost to clients.
