After founding an award-winning independent film and video production company with his brother, Nelson went on to graduate with a degree in Business and Management from Aston University. With a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, Nelson was also an integral part of the Aston Entrepreneur’s Society committee. He later worked at L'Oréal as a New Media Marketeer spearheading their new B2B website and online advertising campaigns.

Graduated in BSc Business Information Systems and Business and later fully qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. Kuvera has more than 8 years business analyst experience with Grant Thornton as well as co-founding an award-winning independent film and video production company that has produced award-winning films.

In 2001 Jared graduated with a degree in Theoretical Physics from UCL. He then pursued a career in banking, trading currency derivatives at both JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort. To broaden his experience further Jared then joined the Royal Dutch Shell management programme in 2005 with a focus on their fuel retailing business. Jared resigned from Shell in August 2010 to found WeSwap. WeSwap has customers swapping currencies across 10 markets.
