Adam has 10 years of experience in website development and e-commerce platforms. He is responsible for Oneflare’s platform development, implementation, user experience, user interface design and ongoing product and technology innovation. He was the managing director for WebQ, a web development company specialising in corporate websites, e-commerce and mobile developments. Adam has a bachelor Laws and Commerce from UNSW.

Marcus heads up Product Development and Innovation at Oneflare and is responsible for Online Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations. He has a strong background in strategy and technology management consulting at Deloitte and specialised in advising FSI, Government and Telecommunications industries. He is currently an advisor for Gradvantage.com.au and has a bachelor in Commerce and Economics from UNSW (UNSW Co-op Scholar Alumnus).

James is a web fanatic specialising in social media, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, databases and C#.
He has been working in the IT industry for over 7 years, with his experience in consulting starting at a young age through Jigsaw Technology. At Jigsaw, James undertook various projects involving development processes in C# and ASP.NET. During this period James also completed a double degree at UTS, majoring in Business eCommerce and IT Management.
