A national leader in strategic communications and marketing, Mr. Jakubowski has wide-ranging experience working in immigrant communities across the U.S. as part of national, regional, and local marketing campaigns. Mr. Jakubowski is also experienced with start-up business ventures, having previously co-founded a start-up himself and consulted with others on a wide variety of structural and operational issues.

Born and raised in Mexico, Ms. Garza has extensive experience in strengthening brand awareness within immigrant communities. She has worked as an executive in the health care field for a number of years. Ms. Garza also is well known as a Latino community leader. She currently serves as Board President of Instituto del Progresso Latino, a non-profit in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Garza has an MBA from the University of Chicago and is bilingual.
