Scot received Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT. He holds three patents for: cancer diagnostics and solar energy. He has founded three companies, led MIT D-Lab’s China program, administered MIT's Global Village Project, & advised CGI and Richard Branson’s Carbon War Room. Scot is a Forbes 30 under 30 entrepreneur, Unreasonable Fellow, Cordes Fellow, ECSEL Fellow, & Make a Difference Venture Fellow.

Catlin (Wellesley College, chemistry; Harvard University, public health) has received awards from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the US EPA, and the US NSF for her research on energy & air quality. She has consulted on renewable energy projects in the US, India, and China; managed CGIU’s technology portfolio; and served on advisory boards of the Harvard Hauser Center for Nonprofits and Harvard College’s Global Health Review.

Erica is an industrial designer with extensive experience designing, developing and manufacturing products in Hong Kong and China for the North American market. Previously, she was CDO of the robotics company, Intuitive Automata. She also designed and developed the Esprit kids footwear line for the US and Canada, and numerous product lines for Gap.

Clement has been managing, mentoring, and building start-up companies for many years. He brings extensive experience in technology as well as years of work in Silicon Valley and throughout Asia. Clement co-founded Ambient Technologies, a broadband internet company he later sold to Intel. At One Earth, Clement is responsible for world-wide business partnerships. He received his BE and ME in Engineering Physics from McMaster University.

Hayley comes to us from Pentagram Design where she worked with clients including United Airlines, Benetton, and Mothercare. Originally from London, Hayley studied product design at Central Saint Martins and conducted independent research on traditional handicraft and design in China, from which she derives much of her inspiration.
