Rita Hansen is a successful entrepreneur with >30 yrs of experience in a diverse range of industries including steel, green building products & electronic components manufacturing, telecom & software. Most recently, Rita has specialized in startup & early phase environments with an emphasis on alternative energy & renewables. Rita holds a BS Industrial Engineering from UW. She is also a local volunteer promoting STEM & economic development.

Jeff has extensive executive experience in marketing, business development, and research in high tech and energy-related businesses in Silicon Valley. In addition to Onboard Dynamics, Inc., he founded or co-founded two other companies in the energy and software space. He was responsible for international business activities at two more established software companies, and has also been on the board of a successful software company for 13 years.

Rick has been successful in running and managing a revenue-generating operation, introducing a product to market, managing full-scale projects of all types, and providing sound leadership and guidance in a diverse range of industries and work environments.
Rick holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Business Management from Western Oregon State College, and has completed coursework in Electrical Engineering.

Karen holds a degree in mathematics from Hendrix College.  She is a CPA and started her career with EY (formerly Arthur Young).  After 9 years with EY, she moved to Oregon where she worked for a local accounting firm for 6 years before accepting the CFO position with Western Communications, Inc. (WCI).  After more than 13 years with WCI, she went back into public accounting with Price Fronk & Co. where she was a partner for 6 years .
