His interactions with physicians, surgeons and MedTech ecosystem in USA and India, enabled him to lead a team of innovators to create path-breaking products. Siraj holds 6 technology patents in medical device domain. He has developed devices in Critical care, IVD and Diagnostic Biopsy.

He is primarily responsible for the vision and strategy formulation.
He is actively involved with industry associations like CII & FICCI in promoting new businesses thoughts. He is highly networked among business organizations, giving an impetus to global collaborations.
He accompanied the Hon. President, the PM of India & top business heads lead delegation to Europe & the Asean countries as an active representative of the healthcare industry

Renu’s main strength is to efficiently deliver every product developed. He has over 25 years of experience in leading manufacturing teams, implementing quality processes and optimizing the resources. In his early years of career, he was trained in Fijutsu Japan, Trumpf Germany and exposed to global best practices in device manufacturing and integration for global healthcare companies like GE, Terumo etc.

He is a process guru and leads medical device development activities. During his career, he has successfully implemented quality processes and standards such as ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001. His participation in the design activities has reduced the development cycle time & improved design validation, reducing new product development costs. VK is exposed to various core manufacturing practices across the globe, and implements them seamlessly
