Business Summary: Early stage tech company developing a new kind of “context-aware” mobile mobile app publishing platform. The OMVERIA mobile app is a chameleon. It changes, delivering relevant apps, dynamically, wherever users go. With OMVERIA every business helps get more downloads for all other businesses on the system. Then, micro-location tech like Apple’s iBeacon allow system to deliver the right app at the right location at the right moment giving the app context. Users can also navigate to any app within system from any location. Like Groupon, Facebook and other disruptive products, we are starting in one city and creating deep market penetration by creating a lifestyle app that works for small businesses and big entertainment venues alike.

Problem: Every business needs a mobile strategy. And mobile app user activity leads 86% to 14% over the mobile web. The problem is, if a small business builds a mobile app today less than 100 customers download it, and 60% delete it within 90 days. By dynamically delivering millions of cloud based apps from a single icon, OMVERIA solves the download issue for small business. And by partnering with influencers in each market we get tens of thousands of downloads instead of low hundreds per business

Solution: In addition to delivering apps based on location, behavior and user preferences, we have created "hives" Hives allow businesses to partner together to increase marketing power. Shopping centers, farmers markets are good examples. And small businesses to join the hive of major influencers like Rupp Arena. Rupp gets co-branding. The small businesses get more traffic and cross-promotion. Think of this as mobile apps acting in a b2b social network to increase visibility and marketing power.

Business Model: We have two paths to achieve fast national sales growth: By working with large entertainment venues and sports teams we can lower overall customer acquisition costs while energizing the speed of adoption in a city. Each of these Teams has typically, 500,000+ customers. 50 markets creates 25 million users. Add to this; chains (AAA, Subway, Valvoline, YUM Brands, etc) avg. 5000 customers per location and we get to this 50 million user base just as efficiently, albeit a different way.
