Our interest is to get funding to construct commercial office and residential buildings for rental. We desire to start with high quality affordable single and double room apartments, included in are: small kitchen, bathroom, toilet and store. Later move on to commercial office. Since the majority of the population are in the middle and low income category, these housing types are easily affordable; all in condominiums of 5 to 10 floors.
