Most recently, he was leading multi-disciplinary teams of 30+ at J&J in several $500M-$1B valuation medical device projects, from ideation to launch. During this time, his accolades included over 10 filed or granted patents and two Class III product launches.

    Les is a seasoned medtech executive with over 30 years of experience bringing complex Class II and III medical devices to market. He has led engineering, clinical project management, and FDA submissions across more than 20 commercialized devices, with multiple successful exits. Prior to joining OLI, Les held senior roles at companies including Aksys Ltd., Endotronix, and ZOLL Medical (Asahi Kasei).
