Graduated in 1983 with an MBA of HEC, Michel Boinet has built up since then his business experience in various marketing, sales, and general management positions in spirits industry with Pernod-Ricard, then in ophtalmic lenses with Essilor, in France and in expatriation. Michel is in charge of sales and general management of the company.

Arash is a radiologist still practising in NHS; he is also a certified specialist in pharmaceutical medicine, with over 6 years’ experience in the commercial sector, having worked in senior medical posts in both contract research organisations and a multinational pharmaceutical company. Arash currently has the role of President and scientific director. Olberon innovations come out of his own experience of practitioner.

John joins Olberon from an established career in the science and technology sector, having over 17 years experience within academia, commercial research and development organisations, multinational volume manufacturing and technology start-up companies. He is presently fulfilling a technical scientific role, expanding Olberon's IP and product portfolio, and supporting the development of Olberon's first products into volume manufacturing.
